The Art of Multicultural Living
What does a multicultural home look like when it becomes a spatial condition rather than a metaphor?
Stella Jean Studiolo expands Stella Jean’s visual language beyond fashion into a design and curatorial platform dedicated to collectible design, interiors and spatial consultancy.
Rooted in Stella Jean’s inherent métissage and Italian sensibility, shaped by a gallery-based artistic lineage of craftsmanship and material intelligence, the Studiolo is a G12 Summit of design: an ecosystem of co-creation based on international cooperation, uniting twelve women-led artisan communities across twelve nations spanning Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Conceived as a three-dimensional carnet de voyage, it translates trajectories, encounters, and memory into form.
The inaugural collectible limited series includes L’Haitiana I, II, III and La Romana: fine art photographic prints on canvas, conceived for collectors and interior settings, each signed, numbered and accompanied by a narrative certificate.
Textile research is articulated through The Third Thread, the Studiolo’s home textile division focused on material heritage and craft knowledge.
A place where journeys are not displayed, but lived as architecture of memory.
Soon to be unveiled on www.stellajean.it as a curated interiors collection.
